Cancellation refund policy: Exhibitor payment is required by September 21, 2018. No refund will be issued for exhibitors who cancel after making payment for their exhibit space. Exhibitors that do not pay the exhibit fee by September 21 will forfeit their exhibit opportunity. A cancellation for exhibit space must be made in writing to the ISO.
No-show policy: An exhibitor will be considered a no-show if its booth space is unoccupied by 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the ISO in advance of the event.
The exhibitor shall be deemed to have cancelled their exhibit space application/contract and will forfeit all payments. The exhibit space may be assigned to another exhibitor. No refunds will be issued to the original exhibitor.
Editing an Exhibitor Application: Exhibitors can make changes to this form and manage history via the link 'Set Up Account Now' on the Registration Confirmation Receipt. The deadline to make any changes is September 21, 2018.
